Report a bug
Something broken, a puzzle that will not accept a right answer, a board that will not load, a word that should not be in a game? Tell us. Bugs in the Daily matter most, because everyone gets the same one and there is only one go at it.
It helps enormously if you can say which game, what you did, and what happened instead. If you are on a phone, the make and browser are useful too.

Questions, ideas, a game you would like to see, or something that just felt wrong.
Your data
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it is used. Those are your rights under UK data protection law and you do not need a reason or a special form — an email is enough.
We will confirm we have received it and reply within one month. If we hold nothing, we will say so, which is the likely answer if you have only ever played anonymously.
A note on anonymous play, because it is a real limitation rather than a dodge: if you have never made an account, the only thing tying your results together is a random id in a cookie on your device. We cannot match that to you from an email, so we cannot look it up for you. Clearing your cookies genuinely removes the link, which is the practical way to exercise this today.
